You have severe kidney problems, including kidney failure (renal failure).
You have moderate to severe liver problems, including liver failure (hepatic failure) or cirrhosis.
You have ever had a bowel obstruction (an intestinal blockage).
You have ever had gallbladder disease or sphincter of Oddi dysfunction (a problem of the pancreas and bile ducts).
