Rectiv Drug Interactions

You may experience negative interactions if you combine certain drugs with Rectiv. Some of these reactions, such as with alteplase or aspirin, can decrease the effectiveness of the medications, increase your risk of side effects, or cause other problems. To minimize your risk for potential complications, tell your healthcare provider about any other prescription or nonprescription medications you are taking.

    • Bromocriptine (Parlodel®)
    • Dihydroergotamine (Migranal®)
    • Ergonovine
    • Ergotamine (Cafergot®, Ergomar®)
    • Methylergonovine (Methergine®)
    • Pergolide (Permax®)
 
  • Phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors (PDE5 inhibitors), such as:
