  • Kidney disease, including kidney failure (renal failure)
  • Any allergies, including allergies to food, dyes, or preservatives.

What If I Take an Overdose of Olsalazine?

People who take too much olsalazine may have overdose symptoms that could include:
 
  • Tinnitus (ringing in the ears)
  • Vertigo (a spinning sensation)
  • Confusion
  • Drowsiness
  • Sweating
  • Hyperventilation
  • Vomiting
  • Diarrhea.
     
If you happen to overdose on olsalazine, seek immediate medical attention.
