Were you looking for more information about MoviPrep? Moveeprep is a common misspelling of MoviPrep.
MoviPrep® (polyethylene glycol electrolyte solution) is a type of laxative available by prescription only. It is approved for use prior to having a colonoscopy and works to empty the bowels by causing frequent, watery bowel movements.
This medication comes in the form of a powder that is dissolved in water. MoviPrep is taken either the night before a colonoscopy or split up between the night before and the morning of the procedure. Before taking the laxative, you should talk to your healthcare provider if you have inflammatory bowel disease, an electrolyte imbalance, or difficulty swallowing.
