Who Should Not Take Ondansetron Oral Soluble Film?

You should not take ondansetron oral soluble film if you are:
  • Allergic to Zuplenz, ondansetron, Zofran® (a different formulation of ondansetron), or any of the inactive components used to make the medication. Your healthcare provider or pharmacist has a list of the inactive ingredients.
  • Are taking apomorphine (Apokyn®), as combining the two medications may cause dangerously low blood pressure and loss of consciousness.
