HalfLytely and Bisacodyl Side Effects

Most people are able to take HalfLytely and Bisacodyl without any problems, but side effects are always a possibility. Some of the most common reactions may include nausea, vomiting, or abdominal (stomach) cramping. If problems occur, they are often mild and easily treated. However, you should contact your healthcare provider if you develop fainting, severe vomiting, or other potentially serious problems.

An Introduction to HalfLytely and Bisacodyl Side Effects

As with any medicine, HalfLytely® and Bisacodyl (polyethylene glycol electrolyte solution and bisacodyl) can cause side effects. However, not everyone who takes the medication will have problems. In fact, most people tolerate it quite well. If side effects do occur, in most cases, they are minor and either require no treatment or are treated easily by you or your healthcare provider.

(This article covers many, but not all, of the possible side effects with HalfLytely and Bisacodyl. Your healthcare provider can discuss a more complete list with you.)
