Diarrhea, fatigue, and dry mouth are possible side effects of Dyrenium. These side effects of the drug are generally minor and, in most cases, don't require medical attention. In some cases, however, serious Dyrenium side effects may occur, such as an allergic reaction, kidney stones, and yellowing of the skin or eyes. These should be reported immediately to your healthcare provider.
