Who Should Not Take Bumex?

You should not take Bumex if you:
 
  • Are allergic to Bumex, bumetanide, or any of the inactive components used to make Bumex. Your healthcare provider or pharmacist has a list of the inactive ingredients.
     
  • Experience worsening of kidney function while taking Bumex.
     
  • Are producing very little urine (oliguria).
